The eruption of a tooth into the nasal cavity is rare and incidental finding during routine clinical or radiological examination. Since 1960s there were more than 60 reported cases teeth. To best our knowledge, this only sixth case report supernumerary intranasal canine in selected period. A 22-year-old male presented with history recurrent rhinorrhea, congestion, tension headaches, insomnia but without previous epistaxis facial trauma episodes, no congenital craniofacial malformations. Following computed tomography examination, diagnosis inverted ectopic left was established. identify such rarities prevent possible complications, it essential to acquire detailed patient history, be familiar both normal variant maxillofacial structures, conduct systematic image analysis
